Terms of Service & Community Code of Conduct
Article 1. Scope & Definitions
1.1 This Agreement governs all access to and use of the PWC platform, including all subdomains, pages, forums, messaging, upload/download tools, and third-party integrations (“Forum”).1.2 “User,” “Member,” or “Account Holder” refers to any individual who registers, posts, or interacts on PWC—regardless of membership tier.
1.3 “Content” means all forms of user-submitted text, files, images, scripts, archives, posts, comments, messages, links, or resources.
1.4 “Resources” are digital assets shared—scripts, plugins, themes, server configurations, reverse-engineering demonstrations, automation tools, UI/UX kits, and related digital files.
1.5 This Agreement applies to all forms of interaction—public threads, private messages, marketplace transactions, group buys, file uploads, and technical support areas.
Article 2. Membership Eligibility, Security & Account Controls
2.1 Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Any user found bypassing this requirement may face immediate removal.2.2 Only one account per individual is permitted. Creation of alternate accounts (sockpuppets) to evade sanctions, access restrictions, or community metrics is strictly prohibited and will result in deletion of all associated accounts.
2.3 Sharing login credentials is disallowed. Members must notify staff immediately in the event of account compromise. Failure to secure credentials may lead to temporary suspension or account disablement.
2.4 Members may not use anonymous proxy services, VPNs, or IP masking to alter perceived location or evade security systems.
2.5 PWC reserves absolute discretion to freeze or deactivate accounts with suspicious activity, including sudden uploads of large malicious content, automated posting patterns, or unauthorized post/delegate actions.
Article 3. Content Standards, Licensing & Transparency
3.1 All submitted resources must originate from legitimate or authorized sources. Modified content (“nulled,” patched, or activated) must be clearly labeled and accompanied by disclaimers.3.2 Contributors must disclose licensing status—open source, GPL, proprietary, academic, or “premium.” All license keys, activation files, or setup instructions must be placed within spoiler tags.
3.3 Files must pass reputable antivirus scans. Members are encouraged to share VirusTotal or similar reports. Uploaders who fail to disclose malware risk or obfuscated code may be removed without warning.
3.4 Reverse-engineered or educational content must include disclaimers and context explaining its intent—and must not facilitate real piracy or abuse.
3.5 Users must retain backup copies of uploaded resources; PWC does not guarantee perpetual availability or backups.
Article 4. Technical Upload & Hosting Requirements
4.1 Accepted file formats: ZIP, RAR, 7Z, IMG, TAR, TAR.GZ, or recognized script/package formats. Executable binaries (.exe) or compiled installers are strongly discouraged unless verifiable and scanned.4.2 Files should be integrated using structured naming conventions, e.g. script_v3.2_clean.zip. Contributors must provide descriptions, changelogs, and usage instructions.
4.3 Uploading via PWC native file storage is preferred. External hosting may be used only on pre-approved services (uploader.download), provided there are no login requirements.
4.4 Redirected URLs, obfuscated links, or ad-laden download sequences are not permitted. Purposefully disguising download origins or masking source downloads is prohibited.
4.5 Embedded media (screenshots, code previews) must be posted using forum-native tools or verified hosting; no hotlinking from unverified third-party domains.
Article 5. External Links & Redirection Policy
5.1 Posting links to warez forums, torrent sites, GPL repositories falsely represented as unique material, or unauthorized script dumps is prohibited.5.2 Shortened URLs are allowed only for clarity—not obfuscation. All URLs must display a standard domain (e.g. mega.nz, github.com). Any redirection services that mask or monetize traffic (e.g. adf.ly, ouo.io) are strictly banned.
5.3 Thread interlinking used to boost SEO, view counts, or reactions via internal promotions is disallowed. Threads created solely to interlink unrelated posts will be removed.
5.4 Links inserted in PMs to third-party marketing sites, affiliate tools, or unauthorized software distributors without staff approval are subject to sanctions.
Article 6. Language Use, Formatting, and Post Quality
6.1 English is the sole permitted language for posts, replies, and messaging.6.2 Posts must be professionally formatted, with clear headings, bullet lists, code blocks, screenshots, and descriptive titles. GPT-generated content is acceptable only when significantly edited and supplemented by the author’s proprietary insight.
6.3 Chat-style messages, excessive emojis, slang, or casual one-liner formats without helpful content may be flagged as low-quality and removed.
6.4 When including technical claims (e.g. benchmarks, compatibility tables, latency minimization), users should offer factual context or methodology.
Article 7. Affiliate Programs, Self-Promotion & Signature Rules
7.1 Affiliate or referral links are allowed only if:- Officially tied to the product/service being discussed.
- Provide unique value (e.g. access or price not otherwise publicly available).
- Do not rely on chained or masked redirectors.
7.2 Signature promotion, blog mentions, social media links, or Discord/Telegram channels are disallowed unless the user is a verified vendor or has staff permission.
7.3 Users ineligible for marketplace access must keep signatures clean. Any unauthorized advertisement or promotion in signatures, PMs, or profiles may result in sanctions.
Article 8. Reputation System, Voting Ethics & Anti-Fraud Controls
8.1 The reaction system is based on genuine community engagement and credibility.8.2 Users are prohibited from vote trading, upvoting their own alternate accounts, or coordinating mass upvotes. Detection of karma farming may trigger removal of points, account review, or post locking.
8.3 Marketplace or premium section access requires:
- ≥ 90 days of active membership.
- ≥ 100 authentic reaction scores.
- < 5 active warnings on record.
8.4 Reputation reviews occur regularly, and suspicious patterns result in points being invalidated retroactively.
Article 9. Marketplace Operations, Group-Buy Protocol & Transaction Transparency
9.1 Marketplace access is reserved for staff-approved vendors who meet the above criteria. Vendor threads must include full product/service details: licensing, refund policies, limitations, and support terms.9.2 Group Buys must:
- Limit participants to members with ≥ 30 days account age.
- Declare prices, duration, and method of delivery upfront.
- Specify fallback or refund processes if sale fails.
9.3 Vendors must not advertise cracked software as legitimate, nor offer “lifetime access” unless verifiable via original source license. Misleading claims or withheld delivery prompt immediate permanent ban.
9.4 Transactions conducted outside PWC payment channels—withheld access until off-forum communication or payment—are strongly discouraged and may lead to sanctions.
Article 10. Request Threads, Review Guidelines & Posting Requirements
10.1 Request threads must be meaningful: indicate specs, niche, intended use, and demonstrate prior effort (search results, troubleshooting attempts).10.2 Review threads require:
- At least 10 substantive previous posts (not counting likes or reactions).
- Clear structure: what is reviewed, technical environment, platform details, desired feedback focus (e.g. performance, SEO, UX). Content that resembles backlinks-only threads or is posted for self-gain will be rejected.
10.3 Threads or posts violating clarity requirements or posted directly upon registration may be removed or locked.
Article 11. Community Conduct, Harassment & Moderator Authority
11.1 Respectful interaction is mandatory. Harassment, public shaming, defamation, hate speech, or impersonation of staff or members is grounds for immediate ban.11.2 Doxxing, posting private data (emails, IPs, financial info) or publicly exposing forum members is strictly prohibited.
11.3 Moderators have full authority to edit, censor, or delete content without notice. Appeals are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be rejected at moderator discretion.
11.4 Reports of disruptive behavior should be submitted using internal tools; one must not publicly confront or argue with offenders in the open thread.
Article 12. Enforcement, Warning System & Appeal Procedures
12.1 Automated filters detect spam, blacklisted content, duplicate posts, or restricted links. These are blocked and queued for moderator review.12.2 Manual enforcement includes:
- First major violation: formal written warning.
- Second: temporary suspension (7 days).
- Third or serious offense: permanent ban.
12.3 No appeal is granted for intentional license violation, malicious uploads, or identity fraud.
12.4 Minor violations (grammar misuse, forgot spoiler tags, accidental cross-posting) may be appealed within 48 hours via the designated appeals form.
Article 13. Intellectual Property, Liability & Indemnification
13.1 PWC provides services "as is," without warranty of fitness for a specific purpose or merchantability.13.2 Users retain responsibility for their own backup and compliance with all applicable legal frameworks (including GPL, and other IP regulations).
13.3 Members represent that uploaded content is legally owned or licensed. Any infringement claim by third parties must be indemnified by the uploader.
13.4 PWC disclaims liability for damages arising from use or misuse of shared resources; users assume personal risk for downloads or script usage.
